Structural Termite and Pest Control, Inc was founded in 1972 with the core value of providing honesty and quality to its customers. We are a family owned company, based in Riverside, serving all of Southern California.

Since it's beginning Structural Termite and Pest Control, Inc., has strived to be a leader in the industry. In 1990 we were the first company in California to be licensed to provide Thermapure Heat as a mode to eliminate drywood termites and other pests from structures. We continue to seek and provide chemical-free or low chemical methods whenever possible. These methods are known in the industry as Integrated Pest Management or IPM.

Our pest control department is a leader in IPM. Exclusion is the main IPM method used for general pest control, rodent, bee and bird services. We provide services to homeowners, all types of commercial properties, restaurants, warehouses and national corporations. Our inspectors perform a thorough inspection and offer a treatment plan to fit your needs.

We are a professional company offering quality termite inspections, detailed reports and expert advice on correction and prevention of termites and fungus related issues. Our crews are licensed, trained and continually updated to provide quality service in treating and repairs.
